We welcome you to the Campanile, your Northwood’s home for arts and entertainment. We are here to make certain your experience is as enjoyable as possible. As you’re preparing to come to one of our performances, here are a few things that you should know. If you have any other questions, comments, or suggestions, please contact us!
Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges are possible for a $5.00 fee per ticket and must be done at least 72 hours prior to the event you would like to exchange out of.
The main floor, including the restrooms, are accessible.
Assisted listening devices are available free of charge to hearing impaired patrons, at the box office. To use a headset go directly to the box office. A major credit card, state ID or driver's license is all that is required for deposit.
The Campanile is equipped with a TCoil Hearing Loop. To use this technology, switch your hearing aid to the "T" (Telecoil) setting. Learn more

To ensure a distraction-free performance for both the artists and the audience, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Contract agreements with the artists generally prohibit the use of cameras, camcorders, and other recording devices during a performance.
Every attempt is made to begin on time. The Campanile reserves the right to delay the start of an event in order to respond to technical, weather, or other unforeseen situations.
Unfortunately, the Campanile does not have a coat check.

No, we do not have food available for purchase.
No outside food or drink is permitted inside the building. Beer, wine, soft drinks, and water can be purchased in the lobby and may be brought into the hall.
