Yo, Ho, Ho, and a Bundle of Fun!

Each summer, kids entering 4th through 9th grade find joyful opportunities for creative expression, friendship, and fun!

Our summer programming is developed with care for meeting kids of all ages right where they are at – whether that means guided creative play, interactive role-playing adventures, or performing on the big stage for family and friends. Our excellent program is led by Claire Kafka Duda with help from past years alumni and they love working with young people! They share our passion for helping each student unlock their self-discovery through the transformative power of theater!

No previous experience is required! Registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Our popular, ensemble-based mainstage show is limited to 21-27 participants, and our innovative casting process ensures that each performer stays busy and everyone gets a chance to shine! This year’s culminating production is Treasure Island.

Although it's not a complete musical adaptation of the story, some group singing will be included in the tale. The Actor's Bootcamp, a popular program, takes place in June at the beginning of the summer. Participation in the Bootcamp is not required but will enhance your experience in the Workshop in July. The Campanile Summer Youth Theater has been running for 15 years!
