A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and your ticket order must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the performance.
Ticketing & General Information
The lobby & auditorium open 1 hour prior to event. All shows are general admission seating, unless stated otherwise.
Subscribers enjoy FREE ticket exchanges to the Performing Arts Series. Exchanges need to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Other patrons can exchange tickets to shows within the Performing Arts Series for $5 per exchange.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use a ticket for a Campanile Center Performing Arts Series event, please consider donating it back to the Campanile Center at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. We will provide you with a letter confirming the tax-deductible status of the donation upon request.
Student/military rush tickets are available one-half hour prior to event. Any full-time student or military personnel may purchase a student/military rush ticket for $10 with valid student/military ID. (Tickets are subject to availability, some exclusions may apply).
Ticketing Fees. When ordering your tickets online, there is a $3.50 per ticket processing fee. If purchasing tickets over the phone or in person with a credit/debit card, there is a $2 per ticket fee. You may avoid these fees by:
1) Coming to the Administrative Office to purchase tickets and pay with either cash or check. All fees, except for ticket exchange, will be waived. The Administrative Office is open Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.
2) The purchase of tickets at the door on the night of show.
Wheelchair Accessibility/Special Needs. The main floor, including rest rooms, are handicapped accessible. Wheelchair seating is available throughout the auditorium. If you will be needing special assistance, please contact the administrative office at 715-356-9700.
Children. Municipal Fire Codes require ALL audience members (even those of lap-sitting size) to have a ticket.
Assistive Listening Devices. Assistive Listening Systems have been installed in the main hall at the Campanile to improve sound quality and performance. Headsets may be used at any seat and with the upgrade induction neck loops are also available for patrons who use hearing aids and cochlear implants with a “T” switch. Learn More >
