Working Capital Fund
What is a Working Capital Fund?
The Campanile Center for the Arts is committed to enriching lives through entertainment, arts education, and community events for the rural communities it serves. As a vital cultural hub in the Northwoods region, the Campanile inspires creativity, fosters lifelong learning, and brings people together through the arts.
To ensure this mission continues for generations to come, the Campanile is establishing a Working Capital Fund—a stable financial foundation that allows the organization to maintain high-quality programming, preserve its historic facilities, and keep the arts accessible and affordable for all.
A carefully crafted Master Maintenance Plan guides this effort. Built on trusted industry data, local vendor pricing, recent contractor proposals, and historical cost records, the plan also draws on lessons from similar projects. This thorough, execution-focused approach ensures realistic estimates, supports strategic investment, and strengthens long-term planning for the Campanile’s continued impact in the community.
